Yogurt Ventures USA, Inc. (“Freshëns,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit freshens.com and other webpages or online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), communicate with us, use our store locator, or receive text messages or other communications from us.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and our related communications. It does not necessarily apply to independently operated Freshëns locations, third-party websites, or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

Our Site provides a store locator that allows you to search for Freshëns locations near a particular location.

When you use the store locator, we may process location information that you voluntarily enter, such as a city, state, ZIP code, street address, or other geographic search term.

The store locator may use Google Maps, Google Geocoding, or related Google services to convert your search information into geographic coordinates and identify locations near you. Information entered into the store locator may therefore be transmitted to Google in order to provide the requested mapping and location functionality.

If the Site offers browser-based location functionality and you choose to grant your browser permission to access your device’s location, geographic location information may also be processed for the purpose of identifying nearby Freshëns locations. You can deny or revoke location permission through your browser or device settings.

Information From Business Relationships and Other Sources

We may receive information about individuals through business relationships, Freshëns operators, customers, vendors, service providers, business partners, and other legitimate sources.

For example, we may receive professional contact information for individuals involved in restaurant operations, purchasing, supply chain activities, account administration, or other Freshëns-related business activities.

We do not sell private mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for monetary compensation.

We do not share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

By providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive applicable communications from Yogurt Ventures USA, Inc. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your private mobile telephone number to third parties, and we do not share your SMS consent or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may use telecommunications or SMS service providers to transmit messages on our behalf.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to a message from us. You may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. To request assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information provided below.

Unless we specifically tell you otherwise at the time you enroll, we do not use the business SMS program described in this section to send automated consumer marketing messages.
